The hotel offers comfortable and cozy rooms that are perfectly clean. the beds are incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. the common spaces are fantastic and allow for a pleasant social experience with friends. It's great to have access to a common fridge and glasses.
The fact that the staff isn't available 24 hours a day can be problematic. E-cards for some rooms are easily unusable, and there's no one available to help in the evenings.
